Are the twins investing in AppleByte?

Why would they? From what I read they have 1% of BTC and are going to pump it into orbit with their ETF. These guys are in it for the big money, not small time scam coins.

Are the twins investing in AppleByte?

No, they are not investors. AppleByte is funded by the AppleByte Foundation. How many AppleBytes they hold or don't I could not say. I think what the tweet shows, and their business experience certainly shows, is that they understand the potential of a focused user community.

So...I hear about AppleByte every now and again, and I'm wondering: It's like Devcoin, but ____?

AppleByte is distinctly different from Devcoin, and serves a completely different community

From the Devcoin page, "DeVCoin...was created to help fund open source projects created by writers, artists, and software developers.
Hopefully DeVCoin will eventually fund all types of developers including hardware developers, graphic artists, musicians, and filmmakers."

AppleByte was created to support all types of working artists (Musicians, actors, film makers, directors, editors, producers, dancers, painters, sculptors, writers, photographers, designers, models, production team, etc) not software developers

Hence some celebrity advertising potential there.

The bucket challenge was surprisingly sporting a software development celebrity but they are very rare.
Hiring Bill Gates could proove more difficult to archive then reviving Steve Jobs for a video clip montage  Cheesy ask your film makers and actors on this suggestion.
Don't just draw a comic clip, but sign some legal papers before doing! I'm not taking any liability for the legal implications ... merely brainstorming an idea here  Cool

wow if i had any respect for that guy before it's gone now after hearing this !
and i will for sure guaranteed avoid this coin now.

first off i have seen a million clone coins attempts at making any coin possible with Apple put into the coin name
and that is a red flag right off the bat.. don't play dumb we all know what Apple is.
If someone is willing to do that it just shows who your dealing with.

it reeks like Google page / keyword rankings in here ..open a window !

Saw nothing about that at La Wik: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brock_Pierce

On the other hand, I did see this at the top of the Talk page:
