In Mars already live aliens. They won't be glad.  Wink Acctuly not becouse Mars is ugly planet and very dangerous.

That could be changed through terraforming. In theory, a new atmosphere could be created by slowly introducing plants and water to Mars.

It's a quite interesting possibility: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terraforming_of_Mars

Looks terribly dangerous, with little atmosphere to protect from meteors.

How would it be 70%?

NASA's mission are very precise, and the margin of error is much lower than 30%.

You'd do the voyage which might take months, just to live there for a week? Tongue
