Because your faucet only for Xapo wallets. Set in profile "My wallet from Xapo" to "yes", and faucet shown in list. Actually this shouldn't be the reason because it pays to faucetbox too. I just tested it too and got payment to my faucetbox after 1 claim. |

Logged by email, and i not fill address, press Withdraw Balance to Faucetbox and see error "Invalid 'to' address." I filled my btc address before first claim (where it says "Enter your Faucetbox or XAPO Mail here and start to claim!") and got paid to faucetbox by just clicking pay to faucetbox. I can't test how it works because my balance is 0 now and I have to wait 300 minutes before I can claim again. But I think most of people will fill their preferred payout address already at first claim so it will work for most people same way it worked for me. |

Logged by email, and i not fill address, press Withdraw Balance to Faucetbox and see error "Invalid 'to' address." you used a email for login !! so you cant pay to faucetbox when your wallet is an email ! but you can cashout your balance to any xapo mail ! on the login page you see: Enter your Faucetbox Adress or XAPO Mail here and start to claim! |

What I did what you told me and the complexity went to 3 and all was good, so I was on the front page and I thought that would be it...Now it's suddenly 4. Why is this? I've not got any difficult to find captchas/claim buttons, there is no need to register or reach a threshold, my faucet is extremely simple  |
