No, I was the highest bidder before the auction ended.  blackheart13 bid after the auctioned ended.  Please confirm that I was the highest bidder.  You can look at the timestamp on my bid.

It is now 21:59:37 CET.  The auction ended almost two hours ago.

Here's dsattler's response to my via PM:

Quote
User blackheart13 was only late for 1 minute and I accepted that! It's my auction, so I have to make the rules. If I would follow the rules in the OP exactly I would not need to sell the miner for any bids under 2.0 BTC!

This is bullshit.  blackheart13 was more than an hour late.  dsattler doesn't understand timezones and now I"m being screwed becuase he wants to accept the higher bid.  Totally unacceptable.

Negative feedback left.  You can't change the rules of the auction AFTER THE AUCTION ENDED.

You mixed up CEST with CET. Case closed.

It's YOUR auction.  YOU specified CET, which means "Central European Time."  YOU'RE the one that messed up.  Even if we used CEST, the other bid was still late.

Now he's threatening to leave me negative feedback even though I've done nothing wrong... unbelievable:

You sure mean CEST instead of CET, easy to mix up. Some websites even shows CEST as CET! I checked this, please check it too.

Don't make a fool out of yourself. Leave feedback as you wish, but I will do as well.

No need to get upset, calm down, it's only a miner!

Maybe there's a misunderstanding about what CET is:

http://www.thetimenow.com/cet/central_european_time

Some websites incorrectly reports CEST (CET + daylight saving) as CET, sorry that you fetched one of those!

FOR THE LAST TIME...  IT DOESNT' MATTER WHICH YOU USE, THE OTHER BID WAS LATE UNDER BOTH TIMEZONES.  And yes, one minute matters in an auction.  The fact that you accepted a later bid for more BTC is proof that you cannot be trusted to run an action fairly. Hence the negative feedback.

You could also say that I don't have to accept any of the bids, because they all are under the start price of 2.0 BTC! So what?

User "kodiak1120" PM'ed me before and offered me to buy the miner if I would close the auction early! So we seem to have a hypocrite here...

I'm done responding to this nonsense. There is nothing wrong or underhanded about ending an auction early BEFORE any bids have been received. Once a bid us received, you are obligated to conduct the auction according to the stated rules, which means no bids AFTER the auction ends (even if they are for more).

Regarding the minimum bid, YOU stated in this thread that you would accept bid for less than 2 btc, and you told me the same thing in a PM.

Don't accept late bids for more BTC to benefit yourself and screw over other members and you won't get negative feedback. Plain and simple.

It is his miner and not yours, he is free to change the rules as much as he likes to and you just have to live with it.
Who wouldn't accept a bid that is 0.1BTC higher even its a bit late? Get real man, stop the bitching...

You obviously don't understand the point of an auction as opposed to just listing an item for sale.  Get a clue and move out of your mom's basement, loser.
