Here is the card I am using.


SAPPHIRE 11199-03CPO Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB


Instead of telling you here what settings I have here the the screen shot of what I am using and the settings the achive this. I hope it helps you guys.

I have reached 350 max with these settings.

Might be a waste on LTC but other coins and especially x-11 and fresh algos will yield much better hash rate sas well as actually mine some of the coins.

LTC mining is dead for GPU, scrypt asic has taken over.. time for you to move to other algo..

The personal achievement is cool. I will still look to x-11 or fresh algo coins. Higher hash rates and way less abusive to the cards and uses a lot less energy and thus creates less heat.

Even x11 and fresh algo is unable break-even the electricity for me...

That is really awesome, may I know the power usage?

13% over the stock miner - I don't have absolute numbers for just the 280X, as it's in a 4 card rig.

If I clock her really high - 1225/1650, about - then I can get over 6.2MH/s. Not worth the power use, though.

Sadly GPU is dead for most I would agree not worth the power use.  I know i pulled the plug on all my machines and sold off cards.  You really need to use a asic and have low priced electricity to have a good chance at ROI.
