I hath 30 bitcoins at the moment is that a good all round figure?? I wold of liked to have around 300, however...

I'm considering dumping all that and investing in a cheaper alt coin Peercoin because of Proof of stake it operates greener than bitcoin.

I don't want to go half and half its either all or none.

Peercoin price is at 1$ I'm not sure on the math but I suspect Peercoin is better for me I already hath 800PPC right now but I'm not sure if I should go all in to 11000 PPC and if the price of PPC goes up to 50$ or more the benefits would be huge I'm torn to shreds I can't stop thinking about it.

plus I hath x2[Antminer S1] running 24/7 I can get about 2-3 PPCs a day Bitcoin isn't worth mining anymore wots the incentive?

wot should i do?Huh

It is foolish to dump all your Bitcoins .other coins is more terrible.

No. Do not switch to peercoin. POS is a good idea, but it's not a ground breaking innovation like bitcoin.
There are only two kinds of coins: bitcoin and other coin. I think PPC will gradually lose its impact and die out slowly...

Do nothing. Wait for the world to figure out how wealthy you are.

I wouldn't trust all my investment in an altcoin. Bitcoin will survive. Altcoin depend on whether people are interested in them.

I agree, though I have doubts whether Bitcoin will survive in its present form (I am long BTC).  If you read the Powers that be in the Bitcoin community, they are interested in making it more 'mainstream' which means getting rid of anonymity more and more, and eventually it becoming something like Paypal, but with much lower middleman fees (the block chain verifiers will get a small fee and become the 'middleman' that Paypal now is).  If that's what it takes to go BTC accepted, then the thinking is that it's a good thing.  But they will lose me as a customer if they go down that route.  However, I'm in the minority (and so is most of this board I suspect).  The real BTC powers are counting on mainstream acceptance, not what this board thinks.

I already hath 800PPC ....

"hath" is the archaic third person singular of "to have". It cannot be used as a first person participle.  To say "I hath" is the equivalent of saying  "I has"

I wouldn't trust a dollar in any altcoin.

yes i am im not here to trip anyone up the potential of this is huge I just want to make the right decision and if I fail I think I would probably kill myself it will be with me for the rest of my unfortunate life

If this is how you really think, you might want to invest some money in a therapist instead of crypto.

That's not a normal thing to type.

If you are lucky, even you and your wife may be able to enjoy the benefits of this wealth. Smiley
