and if you done withdrawal then escrow pay the user and you keep the fund that you withdraw from paypal

Actually it is very easy to do this even the name of the paypal account is different from your bank account without the risk. You are allowed to change your firstname in paypal. In the first name enter the whole name of your bank account name. But before you do this be sure your bank allow this.

I recently received a refund of $10 and I got it back without any problems ^smile^
