I'd proceed with caution with this user. Few red flags when I tried negotiating a deal but very adamant of not providing a photo ID even with everything blurred but name and photo. Also various alt accounts requesting similar trades. skrill can be reversed without issue just like paypal and the chat we had lead me to believe its possible this skrill account is hacked or has the intentions of claiming an unauthorized payment claim.
