I live in the US and would like to buy 90$ in Bitcoins using my bank account or debit card, preferably with the least amount of fees possible. I've come across the following sites that seem legit:

Coinbase
Circle
BTC-e

Are these sites legit? What is the most secure and reliable way to get my money's worth, preferably as fast as possible?

coinbase is best place to buy bitcoins if you're in US or try localbitcoins.

I have used circle several times.  It's awesome.  USD to BTC in under 5min.  No muss...no fuss.

I only have a signature because I'm allowed.

i recommend Coinbase, only 1% fee but it takes about 3-4 business days to receive your BTC.

you could also check on localbitcoins to see if there are sellers in your area, although they are likely to charge a fee of 5-10%.

Both Coinbase and Circle are good and easier for buying bitcoins.

BTC-E is good but with all the verifications etc. process is a bit hard to make a deposit in fiat and same goes for bitstamp.

You might also want to consider sites like localbitcoin. You can almost find anyway to pay, be it Paypal, Bank transfer or Cash.

BTC-e' legitimacy is unknown.

You can buy bitcoin in coinbase but that is not cheap. Here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=695082.0 you can find as such many popular Bitcoin exchanges, and look for your right place to buy bitcoin.

In North America, you can choose LakeBTC, Kraken, and CaVirtex.
