Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Start by visiting Blockchain and setting up your wallet. Once that is done, go visit some faucets so you can learn how Bitcoin and transactions work. After that, there is no limit to what you can do if you have the funds and the intellect to do it.

Good luck to you, and watch out for scammers, they are everywhere in this forum.

The best way to learn is by doing mining, but don't invest in any hardware as it is unlikely to ROI. Just use whatever GPU or CPU you have just for "testing". Don't test for long as you would break your computer and you are wasting electricity..

Remember that bitcoin is a payment system. It is not a get rich quick thing, so don't listen to any offers of wealth. They are scams. if you really want to use bitcoin then:

1. Choose an exchange in your home country. Some exchanges are not trustworthy.

2. Set up a wallet on your computer. I would not use any online wallet for more than $100 worth of bitcoin.

3. Fund your account and be prepared to give your identity. You may link your bank account or use a USPS money order. Do not use any system that has chargeback options, such as PayPal.

4. After purchasing at the exchange, move the bitcoin you bought to your wallet. Unless you have sole control of your private keys, you do not have bitcoin.

5. It is very important that you now make several copies of your wallet.dat file. Store them safely, because if you lose this file your bitcoins are gone forever. No exceptions.

At this point you have coins, you can get more when you want, and you can restore them if your computer dies. When you shop online you will notice that the transactions are done in minutes, you provide no information that allows an attacker to get more of your coins, and you are only paying a few pennies to send money anywhere.

6. Cut up your credit cards!

Well, I wouldn't recommend mining cause none seems to be profitable now..

Joining bitcointalk is the best way to start learning about bitcoin lol, and so you are on the right track.
First you need to choose a bitcoin wallet, learn the basics about receiving and sending bitcoin, and learn to keep your bitcoin safe. You can explore ways to buy and earn bitcoin afterwards.
