You will get more referrals if you pay directly for sign-ups. People like to get paid right away after they complete a job and don't like waiting for 2 weeks for something they might not get at all.

I made 0.00077324 BTC in a month of doing nothing out of referring 40 Referrals :p
And it's going to be more and more because they get 0,1% more every day, so I will get more of them every day :p

I guess that it depends on your referrals' work on getting more people in.
I have 34 L1 referrals and in the last 6 months I've earned under 3k satoshi on that site. Maybe my grandchildren will withdraw something from there.

The BTC are still on QoinPro, I see no need to withdraw now, because QoinPro is a multiy-currency online wallet, so I have enough there if I need it anywhere.
