We don't think there is no more place for a new coin. We actually think it's the opposite. The more coin release the better. The best one with the best project and the best community will live and prosper. All the rest will die. This is what create innovation. Every new technology work like that. It's the same with cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin are all here to stay because they have something different from the rest. Our goal is to do the same.
I don't think you can put Bitcoin in the same rank as other altcoins, you can not say Bitcoin stays on top because it has something different then other coins. It is simply THE coin. Everything else is there just to make speculative gain for traders. It is irrelevant if you have 2.000 or 20.000 altcoins, their value is expressed how many satoshies they are worth on exchanges, while Bitcoin is expressed in what people perceive as "money". It is irrelevant if new coins are created with some new property, there is only one true coin to rule them all. |

New Coins added to the Internet of Blockchains: Weekly Recap #2 Official coin announcements are continuing! What is so strange about it that market doesn't care? Blocknet is announcing a lot of things during last four years, and what is delivered? If there was ever bigger difference between high-scale marketing campaigns and usefulness of the product Blockent is the champion. |

Blocknet team has been very active once again since they participated in consensus 2018. They have couple of good updates which aren't long to wait and most interesting development happened in market. Block's price has become once again affordable price and can be added more coins with same amount. It looks more promising than ever.

While not denying the value of Block coin itself I would like to stress the great importance of BlockNet protocol that may serve as a standard for p2p communications between nodes on different blockchains. I think this is a true shift in paradigm relevant to DEX development. |
