I need $150 refilled in an eNom account, they accept credit/debit.
Must have some decent rep, I don't need to deal with charge back issues.

I can do it for 30.93 BTC, can escrow through http://bitmit.net/ (I'd post a sale of 150$ MasterCard payment). You release escrow after I post a screenshot of MasterCard payment. Msg me if interested so I reserve funds, otherwise I can spend them elsewhere.

Well, that's the rate I can acquire Bitcoins elsewhere right now, so I'm not making any profit on this in comparison to buying Bitcoins for the fiat (hint: just look at BTC prices on bitcoincharts in other currencies then USD).

This isn't for profit, this is an exchange. And I think I did my math wrong.. Oops.. Anyway.. I don't exactly trust "Bitmit".. EDIT: sent you a PM

I'll do it for no fee... what rate are you going by?
I've been trying to buy from my pay pal but I can do this, no problem. I don't want to pay fees for my PP either so this would work great.

Sorry, I tried to do it, but it rejected my MasterCard, probably because of lack of AVS, so it means that probably only cards from US and UK, maybe Canada, Australia (I am not sure if they have AVS) will work. Cards from banks from other countries don't have AVS so they probably get rejected by eNom, or maybe even all non-US cards (although they allow non-US addresses, so that would be pointless).
Did anybody successfully paid in eNom with an European non-UK card?

Country of the bank issuing the card, not his country. It its not from US/CA/UK/AU then it doesn't have Address Verification, and thus probably that's why eNom rejects it. Or maybe because your account address is US, they require a US card. Maybe for users with non-US addresses on the account they accept non-US cards, that's why other countries are in the card payment form.

I'm in the US attempting to use a US card that I use for everything. There's no reason for it not to work unless eNom is having issues.

Well, then if they rejected my card (I tried twice), and rejected your card, then its more likely that eNom's payment processor is having a problem, then our cards/banks. Or they just only accept a card in the name of the eNom account owner or something like that.
