This "bounty" is a pittance. Usually bounties include more than an individual might make doing the work on a contract basis to make up for the fact that bounties are basically spec work and you might not get paid. You however are paying MUCH less than you might expect to pay a graphic designer for the project. I would advise any designers looking at this thread not to devalue their work and the work of all designers by participating in what is clearly an exploitative and inequitable request by this OP. To the OP, I advise you to pay a reasonable fee for this service and stop trying to exploit people.

The bounty should be just fine for those who accept it.

That being said, do you guys have ANY idea how much the Nike logo cost?
$35  <--- YES thirty five bucks!!!!!!

Proof: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2004273/Woman-designed-Nike-swoosh-explains-story-inception-40-years-ago.html

The OP is offering almost twice as much, and guess what?

YOU DO NOT have to accept their offer if you do not want to.
(Maybe they cannot afford to spend more at this point)

All of the above being said, I do understand that for a pro designer it has to be worth their time,
then again this is a free market so anyone can make any offer.

It is up to you should you accept the offer or not.

Conclusion:
I will not be even bothering with any attempts to create a logo for this offer as like most think the bounty is not worth it,
then again someone will find this offer appropriate and go for it.

Best of luck to all of you Smiley

This ^.
When I offered a bounty for a logo a while back I had people complain about it. If it doesn't suit you or isn't worth your time then don't bother entering. There is no need to complain. There are always people interested in the bounty and they'd be glad to enter for it.

Good luck!

Great stuff, didn't know that! 35 bucks! Wow

I have to agree that the bounty is not that much, but I think we have to face the fact that this is were we are heading.

I know people who would be willing to work for the bounty, but they'd need more information than is provided, particularly because the links are invalid. The OP hasn't been active for more than a week, either, and it doesn't seem like the domain is even still up.

I agree with TECSHARE, the OP is offering to pay a well below market price for a logo. Someone with experience in graphic design are going to make several times this amount for a new logo.

To the people who are saying the person who designed the nike logo - the $35 she received is worth many times that on an inflation adjusted basis. $35 40 years ago would be worth ~$170 today. The OP is offing to pay ~$60 worth of bitcoin to someone for a likely more complex logo. Plus the fact that the OP likely will get more then one "entry" so there is a good chance that you will do work and not receive payment

OP hasn't been active for the past 10 days, so it's highly likely they're not even looking for it anymore. Now no one has to deal with a small bounty. Yipppee
