crypsy mn2 share not paying

hi all
I have not received any payments from the mn2 shares since the 17-10-14 so as of today that's 4 days.
wondered if this was happening to any others or just me.
ive messaged the support team but as yet have no response.

It is an issue with the provider we are working with them to fix it. You will receive back payment for those days.

Ok so I've had a payment for the down times. But I'm still not fully understanding how there can be a nil payment on various days. And becoming more frequent. Does this mean that no mining has taken place on those days.
The falling price of the shares and fewer dividends being paid is not doing me much good as I'm only a very small miner and have taken ages to build up the small amount I have.
Would be great if somebody has an answer.
