Today in the block about 500-600 transactions what will be if in the block becomes we shall assume 10000-100000 transactions and how the commission on translation will grow up?
The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

The maximum size of a block is 1MB, so it's going to depend on the individual sizes of transactions in the block.
