There are four markets where you can trade LR <-> BTC, I list them hear sorted with the largest daily volume first:

Well, there is also BTC-E with very high volume, but they charge high fees for LR withdrawal/deposit, and their staff knows English quite poorly, so if you have a problem with them, then... you have a problem.

BTCex.com seems to have instant deposits, but I'm not sure, just try.
