Howdy I would like to sell .25 BTC for cash mailed to me from a location in the US. You can send signature delivery or whatever you like. I would like to use a bitrated multisig transaction with LouReed as arbitrator. Bitstamp rate. BTC will be released when the cash is in hand.

Last trade went well and I would like to do another .25btc for cash in mail using 2 of 3 multisig with LouReed as arbitrator. I will knock $5 off Bitstamp rate for the price of my btc.
