I've been on this forum for while (not registered) and just looking at other people's forum but is there any way for someone without any reputation to purchase btc? I know everyone's scared of chargebacks but what if an escrow of some sort is used? If there is please post below.
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Do you mean 'escrow', rather than 'escort'?

LocalBitCoins is probably the best/safest way. Why mess about with PayPal?

Well, I'm at the age where I don't have my own bank account yet...but I do sell/buy stuff through paypal. And I want to purchase some bitcoins but all the exchanges I've looked at don't offer it via paypal.

Also, I've looked into LocalBitcoins but their price is rather high  Shocked

If you're hell bent on Paypal only then you'll have to suck up a gargantuan premium. Hardly anyone will be willing to sell via paypal because of the chargeback thing.

The only consistent way is to buy Linden dollars from Virwox with Paypal and then convert them to BTC. It's gonna cost.

How is buying BTC on Virwox by paypal? Is it as expensive as it is on local bitcoin? I don't mind if it's 5~10% more expensive.

You have to buy Linden Dollars from Virwox with Paypal first, then use Virwox to trade them for BTC.

I don't know how expensive it'll be but I'm guessing it'll be considerably more than 5-10%.

Paypal premium fee is even higher than anywhere else.

You are willing to pay 10% premium and think localbitcoin seller premium is high?

Buying bitcoin on forum would be hard without any reputation. But I still see offers from btc sellers accepting paypal occasionally, you need to do a thorough search.

Escrow is useless in paypal dealings because it can't stop you from chargeback.

You can also try virwox to buy bitcoins with paypal.

I remember it being closer to ~15% more on Virwox but I haven't checked recently.

Paypal has previously blocked accounts of (bitcoin) users. But, you could buy using an escrow service. The risk is losing your money and your bitcoins, even if an escort escrow is used. Localbitcoins or an exchange is more safe.

Yes you can OP, go to VirWox, buy SLL, exchange for BTC. It's a nice little trick I learnt to get fast quick BTC in small amounts with Paypal. Big ass fees tho, so I dont recommend it unless you really need to go that route.
