Im interested, particularly in the "three steps", as I still have a few unused reloadable visa cards.
If you want to send first, I'll take one, pay upon reception and leave appropriate feedback.

Hmm first of all, you accept escrow right?
How long does this take to ship card to Estonia?
If i send some money to CC, could i able to withdraw from my own country?
and what's up with all these posts that you scam or wut?
also how can i be sure that you can't connect with bank account and take all money i have sent to CC ?

I know this from experience. I know every rule to prevent from blocking, but if you want to use the cards away from Poland there's a very high risk of getting the cards blocked.
So, my question is: What will you do when the cards get blocked?
Offer solutions to solve the problem?
In this case what measures do you have in place?
Run away and wait until the dust settles?

Yes this has happened to me on the only withdraw but I only loose 13 USD.... Don't use these in the USA is my advice. Not worth it, waste of time/money! |

This cards are MEANT to be used outside of Poland, so I don't think your argument sticks. But what will I do if the cards get blocked? Nothing, there is no way I can check if you had done everything I've said in "tutorial" (it just 3 steps you have to follow). Of course I will do anything I can to help you get your money back but no refunds. I am just being honest here. |
