vbulletin 4.0 license either for sale or shared as partners in forum start-up

I got this license I no longer use it worked amazing for SEO. I lost interest a while after my partner quit devoting any time into it. I'd be interested in outright offers for the forum license or a partnership for someone who can devote time in building a new vbulletin forum. Very knowledgable on the software and it can offer quite a lot of powerful tools.
