2 days ago, on Tuesday, I placed an order to receive 25 bitcoins from Nanaimogold. I chose to use western union and I also selected the "Rush Processing" option when I ordered ($8 extra but I should receive my bitcoin that night as long as I sent my WU before 4pm Pacific time.

I ordered around 530 eastern time(230 pacific) and sent in my MTCN number around 6-630 eastern(3-330 pacific). When I ordered I had a bit of trouble adding a question, so I emailed shane smith asking for help, before he responded though we got it figured out and it was sent with a security question. Shane replied later that night saying that ordering with WU from the US was a hassle and he apologized, so I replied saying it was fine and we got it figured out. That night I was supposed to receive my bitcoin, but I didnt.

The next day I emailed Shane again asking what was going on and saying if there was any problems he could reach me at my phone number. He hadnt replied so I sent another email asking what was going on, which he also hasnt replied to yet. Its been 1 day since he hasnt replied and I assume he's a busy man so theres no problem with that, but I would just like to get this sorted out. Ive read from a few people that they're trades with him have always gone as promised.

I plan on updating this when I get my bitcoin or we exchange emails some more.

Next he's gonna say you fucked up your WU transfer and now the price is not the same blah blah blah
And his response will only come now that you posted it publicly.

I've seen some of the posts before, but Im not complaining simply reviewing so that other members can see. Im trying to be as professional as possible with this, but if he doesnt want to be thats up to him.

And on that thread it seems the poster may have been causing trouble, which Im not doing. Hopefully this will all be sorted out.

ordering with WU from the US was a hassle

Just out of curiosity, in the U.S. there are now many methods for easily and cheaply obtaining bitcions.  BitInstant and AurumXChange both have cash deposit at a bank for a fee.  BitFloor's fee is just $1 to deposit cash at Chase and some other banks.  BitInstant just launched their other methods (7-11, walmart, CVS drugstore, and lots more) methods.

Was the choice to use Western Union made without being aware of these options, or if not, would you mind sharing the reason why you went with this method?

The decision was made for Western Union because I dont have a bank account, sadly I wasnt aware of the other methods bitinstant has at places like walmart and cvs, otherwise I would have done that.
