PM answered Its because the site was hacked and defaced we had to completely remove the games software and reinstall fresh files.. all balances where recorded and if you make new account I can post the balance to it or otherwise process the withdrawals manually..

Ok I think I've fixed the cron job problem, instant deposits and withdrawals should work now, and I've removed all fake play balances, hotwallet is secure.
