hi,
im interested in buying a bitcoin gambling site.

requirements:
-simple to setup.
-easy to manage for a person who has no experience with coding (graphical interface preferred).
- no vps needed needs to be able to run. should be able to run on a simple hosting plan such as a hostgator Hatchling Plan.
-sites wallet should be an online wallet such as blockchain or coinbase.
-some support: help setting site up, address problems etc.

features:
-spin the wile concept
-Affiliate program
-life chat
-auto spin

design features:
-simple design (not attacking like manny other sites).
-some advertising spots.

I have seen some already finished sites going relatively cheap
What would the price be for something like this??
offers must be from trusted members that can show examples of prior work

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

There is a script, CoinWheel you can look at. It costs a hefty 1 BTC but it might be worth it.

Cheaper, not going to find any. If anything, try and rip it, or hire your own coder.
there was an auction on a wheel script/website with ~70000 visits a month going for 2 or 3 BTC
