I have never shipped a 20lb package overseas...however if you can calculate what that would be from zip 20132 i can tell you if it can be included or not in the .72 price per.
i can withhold controller, probably get 5$ out of it hah. Let me know if interested in buying the miner

Negative rating: He did an auction to sell these miners with psu. He then backed out of the sale & won't honor the deal that he listed. Continued to try to say "someone" pm saying they would pay more. However still available & won't honor the sale
