The communication of the CEX.IO team is nearly ZERO !!!
If you go into the forum section of the website at this address :
https://support.cex.io/hc/en-us/articles/204097873you will notice that the CEX.IO team members really have a lot of humor..
They write :

We can also observe that : "Article is closed for comments."
In the last comment from Leonard (CEX.IO staff), he writes us :
"Please direct all inquiries regarding this matter to us via support ticket, so that we may assist you. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this".
Then, if you click on "report the problem", you are invited to "Submit a new request".
The problem is when you want to submit a new request, you have to be logged into your user account.
As the website is down, it is not possible to log in, as well it is not possible to submit any request...
As the only way to contact the cex.io team is by submitting a request, that means it is impossible to contact CEX.IO to find out what is happening...
CEX.IO should really receive a gold medal for its amazingly brilliant communication !!!!
I start becoming irritated by CEX.IO arrogant behavior and permanent censorship of any criticism on there forum.
