Another problem.. Since I'm not 18 my ssn will not verify my account, I tried, I also need to set up a bank account and credit card to become verified. I can only take out $500 a month...

Have your parents order you a walmart moneycard. You can use the bank from that to verify.

Hi TS,
Not sure whether you still remember me but I have exchange some BTC earlier last month. From my experience, I don't think PP will allow you to withdraw all the funds until 180 days later (but if they do, let me know!)... They will allow you to add in a bank account but it will be locked link to your account...

Well I'm going on Vacation for week if your PayPal account still has claims on it when I get back.

I'm going to do a John Doe Lawsuit(To get all your Info from PayPal)

For $600 + Damages (NSF fee's + Late Fee's)

and get a judgement on the PayPal Account while the money is still in there.

If you're already getting charged excessive NSF fees and late fees over $600, good luck finding a lawyer...
Though, $600 would still fit in small claims, and you could represent yourself...

You can file criminal fraud against him for free. He's not a John Doe, it's just a form to fill out, everybody has enough info on him. Won't get your money back, he can at least answer charges.
Because you didn't verify that he was over 18 and he never claimed to be over 18, any case against him will be immediately thrown out. As far as the law is concerned, you guys all gifted him the money. You're stuck with just trusting him.

(Note: Not a lawyer)

Please don't clutter the thread with threats.  You took a risk using paypal to transact bit coin.  If you didn't know that then you know the risks now.  We are cordially trying to help solve the BTC specific problem.  Getting pissed off about it in public is not helping.

Thanks for your consideration.

perhaps you should find another way to get the funds from? Such as from your summer job, or from your parents.
We can't be waiting forever here. It's been several weeks.
What if paypal keep opening more cases on you? Does that mean we would never get our money? Paypal have the tendency to open more cases as time goes by, just to keep the money to themselves.

I called paypal and they said I am guaranteed the money, I am currently looking for a job and my parents don't have the money to do that.

OP, i really suggest you talk to your parents. People here are not going to wait 180days for you. You don't want more trouble than you have now.

I will try to do what I can, I will pay back people by how much they are owed. High to low. So people with small amounts like $20 or $50 can wait for people with hundreds..
