Do you have an money in your savings account?
I won't say the full amount but it's less than half of what I owe everyone. It's hard to tell my parents I have to use all my money to pay people on the internet back..
This is why I am asking for patients, with my summer job money some of my savings and a smaller loan than originally asked this can happen pretty quickly.

I have Paypal Collections Department Calling me a couple times a day, wanting the money. Since my Account is in the negative.

I have run out of patients, maybe because i'm the second highest owed($amount) that I know of.

If it was $20 or $30 I wouldn't care, if I was $100 I would wait. But its $600 dollars in my case.

Alot of people like myself don't trust you because we feel that you lied to us by not disclosing your age.

I would have never done any business with your if I knew you were 16 at the time, the age required for paypal is 18 and I feel you committed fraud.

Oh well I learned my lesson I ask everyone before I trade now, How old are you? can you prove it?

BitMan,

Here's the problem.  You've been running around this forum for the past year buying and selling bitcoin under the name "THE BIT MAN" failing to tell anyone you are 16.  Then you fuck up and have all your money frozen and everyone you traded with gets screwed.  Now you essentially want us to LOAN you the money, interest free, until ( of if and when)  paypal releases your funds.  Meanwhile you have 2 grand sitting in your bank account.  I suggest you start making some good faith payments with that two grand.  That should not be so hard if you are certain that you are getting that money back in December.

Bitman,

Why are you unwilling to make any good faith payments?

If I did make a good faith payment everyone would keep threating to sue me anyway, I would be more than happy to make a good faith payment but how far would a good faith payment go to 10 people? This is why I wanted a small loan now plus my money I am willing to do that to pay to pay you all back at once.

Bitman,

Why are you unwilling to make any good faith payments?
I am willing to, but everyone would still be threating and harrassing me. This is why I am asking for time. At the end of august I can give you all my summer job money.

Only 5 of the 10 people you owe have agreed to be part of the small claim.    That means 5 people are willing to wait or don't care if they get paid back.  Of those remaining five you should offer to make some form of payment now.  You have 2k in your saving account now.  Again, if you are so sure you are going to get money from your summer job in August then you can pay yourself back.

For the record, I do not condone the threats and harassment.  And a small claim is not a threat.  It is a legal means to recover funds owed.  However if you were transparent with the other members and made a genuine effort to remedy the situation you may find them to be more cordial.

But then the summer job money would have to go to you guys.. I currently have less than 2k bc a relative borrowed money but that money is guarnteed back. That is also my own personal business. I can make a good dent into the amount owed if you guys wait until the end of august. I will pay out possibly 2k. But only to people that I owe $190 or more to as all other amount are pretty low and this will cut into the amount owed pretty well

Right, That is none of our business.  The point is you have money in the bank to make good faith payments now.  Why should believe that you won't have another excuse in the end of august?

I'm not sure yet its either I pay the good faith with everyone included or inly high amounts. I am going to pay you but it helps to cut down the larger debt if I pay them first

Did you ever publish the list of total amount owed to each member with no names?

If you pay off the people with smaller debts first it gets them off your list and it is much easier.......

I am not saying you should pay anyone first, I think you should pay proportionally.

Not yet, the whole hash thing was confusing me I will post it with no names, but to be fair I will include everyone in the good faith payment.
