This was the same conclusion I came to as well. I refrained from mentioning the name publicly, out of respect for the OP, since it might hurt the value of the account. That being said, I agree that the account ought to be tagged once it is sold. As long as the person buying it is not doing so with the intention of falsifying positive trust, I don't see why this tag would hurt the value.

It is very well plausible that he misreported the registration date in order to protect the identity of the account. Advertising a feb 2012 account would not affect the value very much verses a jan 2012 (or even a dec 2011 account). There are many people like nutala that troll accounts that have been sold and the op does not want to deal with this.

It was said that the account was sold however none of the accounts you listed have a warning about their password being changed/reset so it is very unlikely that any of the accounts you listed were sold. I also find it hard to believe that the op was able to sell his account so quickly as there is not that high of a demand for hero accounts, although it is possible that someone made a low offer that he accepted.

I think it is pretty clear that the OP has not sold their account. I think you are assuming that he is actually selling an account, which may not be the case. The OP has said that his account has sold (despite evidence to the contrary) so anyone reading this thread would probably not make an offer to him. It would be possible that he is trying to have an account receive negative trust for being an account for sale
