What do you mean by 'account shop'? As above, you can have multiple accounts and they're allowed to be bought or sold but post low-content from them and you'll likely be banned.

Multiple accounts are allowed , so yeah you can buy a Higher rank account (Hero for example) and use it in Signature compaigns to earn money . (you can use both accounts yep )

Trading accounts is allowed, but you may be scammed in the trade. You should use escrow and ask the account seller to prove the account is not hacked.
