What i suggest is.
Create the adslots. i saw an 468x60 and a 768 x 90. for example you put one banner of yours in the 468x60 linking to some page you want paying (like a cloud mining referral) do the same at the 768x90 with the amounbt of 0.00000001 them you increase the payout to something like 0.0002 oe 0.0003 . after you get more visits and your visitors click in your banner the supply and demand will define the prices.
Better than putting a high price 0.03 and nobody renting it.
if you dont want to tie adsense to there. there is other options in the market .
If not i think you will only spend moiney in this situation.
