AntMiner S3's Not Showing any BestShares

I started utilizing this setting I found on a website where you put "/5000+512" at the end of the worker name to control the difficulty, etc of the work but now I am not getting any BestShares showing up in my Antminer.  The Pool shows I am hashing at the right rate (just under 3 TH/s) and my S3's are populating all other fields normally, just nothing for "BestShares".  My S1's, which I set with "/2000+256" are operating normally. 

Anyone have any ideas about this?  Am I doing something wrong or do I just have to wait longer?

What pool are you using? Ghash and some others do not support the best-share option.

Coincadence.  I had been running my own pool until recently.   I guess I will take it off then...Thanks.
