Wouldn't it be tough since it is also GPU mined? Any thoughts on BitQuark?(Just wondering because they are CPU mined)

Does mining Doge still make sense unless you have huge hashpower since merged-mining in possible?

Have a look at XMG, I think currently the best coin for CPU mining.

Gapcoin came out 1 week ago. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=822498.0

Kinda easy to solo mine a few blocks per day.

It searches for prime gaps so its a new algo. Only CPU right now. A gpu miner will probably pop out in some weeks...

You won't get anywhere mining doge on CPU. It's a scrypt coin and all the big LTC mining pools are merge mining it.

What do you think about dogecoin mining with hashpower near to 1000mh/s? Is it enough for solo mining?

If you don't own the private keys, you don't own the coins.
