This is a pretty cool idea, but you're going to have to really beef up your marketing and improve the look of the site if you want it to succeed. You need an FAQ or some other form of prominent help, to make clear what this really is, how it works, and how anyone can benefit from it.

I've been using it and it has worked for me.
Why can't I right-click and open ads in a new tab? I don't allow pop-ups and if I say "temporarily allow pop-up" it resets the whole page and restarts the counter (that is an IE thing).
BTW: I tried to use this when it first came on line and it didn't work back then, now it is working fine. The only thing I've noticed is sometimes the captcha doesn't load, I click on the reload captcha and eventually one loads up. But I notice that for that same captcha server on many sites. So, (fiveminutecoin) should submit a complaint to the captcha ad company that their servers are under powered.

The proxy / multiple IP detection is flawed. It also would be nice if the site would give you that warning about proxy *before* you waited the five minutes.
