Mind if I ask why the gear has to be watercooled?

Also, there's likely no way anything made in the next 10 years(much less that already exists) is going to be profitable 85 years from now.

Roi? Atm no newly bought miner gives positive roi, but second hand they do.

Sure, they do.  Just not for 85 years.  These days you're lucky to run them more than 85 days, much less years.
