I bought a bunch of product keys from you several months back.  

You sent wrong/bad keys.  After a couple of days you sent me new keys.  They were still bad.  After that, you stopped replying.

Sorry, I do not recommend dealing with this user.

If the company isn't willing to invest $10 in a .com domain to make themselves look professional then they don't deserve anyone's money.
