Its been months now AFAIK that the payment always been on tuesday or wednesday everyweek as izanagi is always waiting for the funds to be send by lightlord

Seems that izanagi is still very busy with his real life, so I think its better for this campaign to hire a co-manager/assistant to help izanagi monitoring this campaign. So when izanagi is on busy time, the assistant can come to this thread to answer any problems/questions from the participants.

I just noticed on Counit campaign, he is also listed on the first post as campaign manager. Can anyone confirm his performance on that one?

Yes he is also a manager on Coinut Campaign, but AFAIK he is only responsible on counting posts (the payment done by the site admin/owner). And as I see, so far he did his job on coinut campaign very well.
