I am looking for web hosting that is somewhat offshore, it can be a VPS or Dedi as well... looking for good pricing, not shit.

The server, or hosting must have (or be installed when ordered) the following:

- Zend Optimizer
- PHP
- Curl extension
- GD extension
- MySQL
- Good bandwidth
- At least 25GB of space
- Offshore

I don't have a budget, but be reasonable.

If you can't install that stuff yourself, then you probably shouldn't be playing server admin.

How much bandwidth do you need? What about RAM? IPs?

cPanel comes with all you listed plus more for +$15/month.

Then depending on how much RAM you need +$10-$50/month for a VPS.
