Let me guess, you live in a country that not only has nukes  but actually used them, have the largest military in the world, have at least 100 different para military forces in country city police, county police, homeland police, state trooper, boarder patrol, ICE, FBI, secret service, ATF, DEA, NCIS, TSA, marshal, sheriff, fed, state, local corrections, court bailiff, court officer, school police, traffic police, bridge and tunnel police, sky marshals, port authority police, DOT police, forest ranger, hospital police, public transportation police, military police,  parole officer, probation officer, gaming officer, US Capitol police, US Park police, water police, Constable, Ranger, sanitation police, campus police, railroad police, and so on ...

if the most popular TV shows involve guns, guns, and more guns then you know why the mentality of the 'officer' is to shot, that's all they see, breath, and know.

Law Enforcement should be held to a higher standard of the law, after all it is the law that they are sworn to protect. Sadly that's not the case anymore in a majority mindset for police officers. No one wants to cross that thin blue line. So if a fellow officer does something super shady and corrupt, it's expected to be covered up by their colleagues. The U.S. Law Enforcement department is truly fucked. No oversight or transparency whatsoever. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This is called the citizens of the locality (or country for federal law enforcement officers) that law enforcement is suppose to be protecting. No one is going to see what the police are doing more then the citizens. Citizens are already allowed to film the police if they choose to do so, and IMO they do not film them enough (nor do they observe what they do enough)
