Well, he is allowing users to have more than one signature (I guess that's what he means with "allow to add other link"), so you could theoretically have both (I think Bitmixer allows that as well, right?).

I think bitmixer wants you to have their link at the top of your signature and I assume the OP would want the same but who knows, he really didn't specify

Yes they want their signature at top but you can have it lower (even hidden) and you still get paid.
