Reorganize this forum into folders of more specific subjects

There are so many threads that the Development forum does not serve as an information source for past discussions.
The same questions and suggestions reappear as older threads are hidden in the forum pages.

Could the forum administrator reorganize the forum in sub-folders to allow old threads become visible and accessible.

I offer my help to do the classification job.
