I really don't want to get involved with this... but to be fair enough for miners - there is my suggestion: Give those coins or most of them to the pool ops, so they can give them away to miners as bonuses.
Current situation is that you Dev have ~ 30% premine, its just not fair.
Servers and scripts are your concern not miner's, same situation is with pools. Nobody cares about our expenses.
If you can't afford it, you shouldn't bother at all
