So there is this member of bitcointalk (not gonna mention his name else he knows who I am)
is threatening me to give me negative feedback if I gonna start up my business.
He knows that me and my businesspartners gonna be competition for him, he told me when I start up my site he will give me negative feedback on Bitcointalk so I have more problems starting up my business...as I said he has influence=/
what would you guys advice me to do? Or can I even do anything against this?

This is blackmail so you could open a scam accusation against him and post the evidence. Is he on default trust? If not his feedback won't matter that much. If it's true what you say he will likely get negative feedback from trusted members of the community.

Well didn't you get a screenshot or is there logs, or is Teamspeak voice only? This is blackmail so you could open a scam accusation against him and post the evidence. Is he on default trust? He has over 14 green trust Having green trust doesn't necessarily mean you're on default trust. |

Teamspeak is primarily voice comms and no one really uses the chat (more for sending links). You can record voice but it tells everyone else in the room that you're now recording. tldr, probably no evidence of this other than the user / IP connecting to his teamspeak. |

He could have used his phone to record the conversation as well as used quicktime to record a screen shot of the other person being connected to his teamviewer. It is also probably too late however he could send the other person a PM saying that he is interested in starting his business, or something else to try to get him to put it in writing that he will give neg trust upon the starting of the OP's business |

There are users around here that deliberately go around trying to blackmail or scam sellers, it's not just a one sided problem, screenshot or record any conversation you have with him and post it public, though chances are now you're talking about it they'll likely stop and move on to someone else. I had a user awhile back that was spamming everyone trying to scam them out of their goods and in my case it would have been some silver and gemstones that are worth a bit, there are also definitely users in the past that have tried to threaten and extort businesses with negative feedback and so on.
