I was watching some videos that has already installed developer version of Android 5.0. There is some improvements, but there is also things that i do not like, mostly the white menu background, i am not sure that can be changed. However android is developing really hard. btw there is some new "INBOX" application from google, i installed but it is not working, it ask for some kind of invitation from google, i send email for invitation, but the got a reply.

So what's the biggest change with Lollipop?
They replaced Dalvik with ART http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_Runtime though it's backwards compatible so your old apps will still work, well, any non root apps. One major issue is with ART it's easier for manufacturers to lock down a device with SEAndroid and prevent writing to /system (rooting) or to block apps from using SuperSU. Obviously you get around this by building your own platform and SELinux policy from Android or Cyanogenmod source, or installing a prebuilt ROM but now it's becoming a requirement to buy phones who's bootloaders can be unlocked (Nexus, Motorola G, ect) because very soon all new phones coming out will be extremely difficult to flash with new software.

Nope, no OTA yet. Actually you just reminded me I should wait for somebody to root 5.0 before I install it.

Can't wait to try Inbox. It sounds like Google+ (news feed..) but with email. I have not had the chance to test it yet, so I may be wrong.
