Oh wow, that's great. So as not to hijack this thread, I will add that BMWs are great cars that last and last. They really are a bargain when you consider how long they live.

Funny you mention it, I think my front struts also need to be replaced soon, I also have an e46, and we have sort of similar mileage.

Another bump . My wife had one of these, it was in silver though. These things are rapid and sound fantastic with the 3.0ltr 6 cylinder lump, handle very well in the dry, need to be a bit careful in the wet if the traction control is turned off being rear wheel drive unless you like going sideways .
