Hello Everyone!

We'd like to publicly thank all of our beta testers and all of the bug reports they generated for us.

For the next couple weeks, we're closing our private beta. Any accounts created during our private beta will be closed as well.

We're moving into phase two of our launch plan, which is a security hardening phase. We'll be going incognito for the rest of our development timeline so we can move to dedicated hardware, initiate penetration testing, and complete our comprehensive security audit.

We'll keep you updated, and be ready to launch to the public very soon!

Thanks,
-Jon

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

It's a month later, do you guys have any news?

My personality type: INTJ - please forgive my weaknesses (Not naturally in tune with others feelings; may be insensitive at times, tend to respond to conflict with logic and reason, tend to believe I'm always right)

Looks like they're wasting their window of opportunity just like TradeHill did when Gox was struggling.

Bitdaytrade is preparing CfD in beta test, Kronos.io is doing -- nothing

Just conincidence, or some kind of coordination? Not sure if there would be large revenues when there were two competing CfD platforms.
Well, just guessing here.

Anyway, the next bubble is building up and what the community really needs are multiple, reliable, proven ways to hedge positions when the bubble is about to burst.

Not really, Bitdaytrade is Alberto's project, he used to do development work for kronos' group but he's no longer associated with them.

..so you think we might indeed get two competing platforms? For the community and the ecosystem this would be good news.

I suppose it's possible.

For the past month or so, kronos.io website has not loaded for me at all (just times out). And now zipconf.com wont load for me either as of today...

Tried obviously on different computers/browsers...this is happening for everyone else, correct?

Yup. Both dead. Like they're resolving to a non-responding server/IP.
