Trying to buy something off the net and they only take PayPal.

PayPal is rejecting both of my CC.

Check if the country and postcode in the billing address is right. Its the only thing that had me Paypal reject a card. Otherwise no good card happened to be rejected by Paypal for me.

I don't have funds in Paypal, but I have 29.95 EUR on a MasterCard, if the thing can be paid for in the mode "pay through Paypal with a card without a Paypal account".
