Where can i trade tokens that entitle me to bullion with others (aka metal backed hedges with option to ship) for crypto?

To acquire XNF you can go to XNFTrading.com, Ripple, NXT client and other platforms.

that's interesting. Can you link me the place where the hedges are traded? Wasn't able to find that.
Can i get the bullion shipped to my home at any time or is it based on trust (no option to ship)?

ah, found it. The coin itself is the hedge. Does redeeming work?

Once the coin trades higher than its backing it doesn't make sense to redeem the gold, does it?

I sent it in a pm because giveaways are banned here. I hope my reply is not considered an insubstantial post.

Most giveaway threads are no longer allowed in the Alternate cryptocurrencies sections. From now on, posting or replying to such threads could result in being banned. Existing threads will be locked.

Specifically, you are not allowed to give people any incentive to post insubstantial posts in your threads. You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc. You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread.

Similar threads are already restricted to Games and Rounds in the non-altcoin sections, but the giveaway-related post volume is so high in the altcoin sections that I've decided to just ban them entirely here.

kind of rethorical question  Wink

Option to ship, ya right.

Sorry, but I just don't believe in that as really being an <option>.  Go ahead and play that game if you want to, for me:  IF it's not secured in my wallet or delivered and backed up to my safe, I'm guessing its a scam.

Physical Silver<-->Crypto trades have always interested me.  After doing considerable amount of study a couple months ago, to update myself on the buy side of that trade, I would use AmigaMetals, out of Colorado today.  Have not used them yet though, so it's just an opinion.

My early posts on here, from back in 2012, are proof that I developed some partners to exchange with that were also interested in this topic.  At the time 1oz of Silver was worth 4-6 bitcoins, and I would still be willing to sell there if your interested in taking immediate delivery.  Break even price for me!   Haha, shipped overnight or 2-day priority in the usa.  Could be a good deal for you if all those Dec14 Silver futures contracts demand to take delivery.  Have you seen that?  Last I looked it was over 100K contracts.  I know most of you are laughing, it's been a bad trade all this time, back then though it was all about developing trading partners and learning about crypto for me.  If your in Europe, perhaps this fellow out of London could get you a better deal Smiley

P.S.  I'd be interested in some Unobtanium.

yeah, i know bigtimesspaghetti. Good guy. He hangs out at Uno-thread too. He'd been designing physical wallets made of .999 silver for Uno. Pretty good stuff.

Uno in-house-exchange (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=757232.0)  established trading Uno for Silver. Physical or hedges. Not a scam. You get that to your wallet/safe, no doubt. People trade their coins to gold and silver with each other. It's pretty unique for an altcoin.
Not a scam at all. The metal is shipped out. There have been no complaints. Just look for the trusted members to trade and there won't be any problems.
Exchanging Uno for Silver or Silver for Uno there is no problem at all. You can possibly even trade other coins for bullion too (just need to find a partner, but they are potentially there). It just happened that Uno was drawing in a lot of people who are into gold and silver and the community is evolving in that direction pretty nicely.
You can get deals in USA/Europe/Australia currently. So no big intercontinental shipping. Could be worth a look for you.

The hedges enable quick trading in and out of a position of silver without the need to ship it around although you can have it shipped whenever you want.
Bullion-lovers who are in crypto should have a visit at the uno-threads because there can be found a lot of likeminded people.  Wink
