I usually sleep around 11-12 p.m and woke up on 5 a.m.
So that's about 5-6 hours a day.

You know, 4 hours for the mind, and 4 hours for the body... I mean, the body gets really tired. The mind not so much, and can be affected by drugs, like caffeine, or modafinil or hormones like melatonin.

its not the drugs fault, it's yours for being impatient.

There's a saying: The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. The body needs sleep. The mind more so. Both need to take a break. If not, one or both will shut down like a car does when it overheats.

I tried it, back in school and I stayed up for more than 25 hours straight. When I got home and hit the bed, something just turned me off and I woke up it was dark already.

At most 6 hours my eyes are always red maybe because of sleep deficient or the drinking.

I try to get around 8-9 hours a day, if I don't need to work. My actual problem is not to oversleep, because then I feel like a damn zombie all day  Cheesy
