No, no ID card or anything needed, not for deposits, trading or withdrawals though I recommend using 2FA SMS-verification for withdrawals.

I know about InstaForex, the problem is they require FULL ID/Documentation before enabling Bitcoin deposits. And they are processed after several hours delay, then on top of that you wait on the blockchain for confirmations - like btc.sx - not instant automatic withdrawal/deposits where only blockchain speed is the delay.

If you just want a nice trading experience but you don't really need a big amount of diversity of stocks/commodities... I certainly recommend 1broker to you

We currently have problems with our bitcoind client which handles deposits and withdrawals. In order to fix these problems permanently (we suspect a hard disk failure) we have to migrate our Bitcoin infrastructure to a brand new server. We expect all problems to be resolved on November 19th, 6 pm (GMT+0). No Bitcoins are at risk or lost.
